Francine made the best balloons! She was early to the party, and continued to work with a smile throughout the entire hour delighting all of the kids :). They especially loved her My Little Pony balloons. Would definitely recommend her for future events!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

I would recommend Francine to anyone. She was on time, and she even stayed longer then the agreed time. Her work was amazing. I'm still in 'wow' about the Spider-Man she made. I have no problem doing repeat business. I can not say thank you enough!
